MIC-D Darkfield Illumination Screen Saver

Darkfield illumination renders transparent, almost invisible specimens in bright highlights superimposed on a very dark or black background. Utilizing images from a wide variety of specimens, this Windows (95, 98, NT, 2000, and XP) screen saver is available as a free download to our visitors.

The Olympus MIC-D darkfield illumination digital microscope screen saver features 25 microscope images that were captured by the MIC-D microscope operating with the illuminator placed at a highly oblique angle. The software contains 12 user-configurable display modules that allow an almost infinite number of image display transition motifs.
